    🧪 About Junior Science Olympiad & Olympiad Pathway
    The Junior Science Olympiad is a structured program designed to evaluate and nurture students’ scientific thinking, conceptual understanding, and application-based problem-solving skills across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the school level.

    The program goes beyond rote learning and focuses on helping students understand concepts deeply, analyze situations logically, and apply scientific principles to unfamiliar problems—skills that are essential for excelling in competitive examinations and future academic pursuits.

    Through carefully designed Olympiad-style questions and guided practice, the Junior Science Olympiad:

    A structured national pathway to represent India at the international level

    NSEJS
    Conducted by IAPT nationwide, NSEJS consists of around 80 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics at the Class 10 level. Approximately 300 top students qualify for the next stage.

    INJSO
    The Indian National Junior Science Olympiad, conducted by HBCSE, includes advanced objective and subjective questions. Around 35 students progress by securing at least 50% of the top scores.

    OCSC
    The Orientation Cum Selection Camp is a two-week intensive training and evaluation program. Approximately 6 students are selected to form the national team.

    PDT
    During the Pre-Departure Training Camp, students receive advanced theoretical and practical training from experts to prepare for international competition.
    5
    IJSO
    India’s final representatives compete at the International Junior Science Olympiad, showcasing their skills on the global stage.
